1. Conduct production strictly in accordance with the operating procedures of impregnation equipment.

2. Stay focused during operation to avoid mis‑operation.

3. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from accessing the operating platform without permission.

4. Wear protective gloves and work clothes while operating.

5. Keep hands and head at a safe distance from each tank when opening or closing the lid.

6. Open any air‑agitation valve slowly from low to high flow.

7. Switch the electric control switch from automatic mode to manual mode before opening the drying‑tank lid.

8. Turn off the chiller while the impregnation tank is running. After operation, start the chiller if ambient temperature rises above 25℃.
