The main functions and working principle of the Dongguan immersion machine


1. Place the objects to be impregnated into the impregnation machine chamber, close the chamber lid and lock it with the lid‑locking device;

2. Apply vacuum negative pressure and hold the pressure for a period of time. The liquid from the liquid storage barrel is pressed into the chamber under atmospheric pressure. Close the liquid‑inlet pipeline when the liquid reaches a certain height;

3. Vacuum pumping: Maintain pressure holding after reaching a certain negative pressure;

4. Open the suction port for pressure balancing. Liquid naturally flows into the impregnation machine chamber under atmospheric pressure until the internal pressure equals the external pressure;

5. Apply positive pressure, mainly to force the liquid inside the chamber into the objects, so as to realize uniform impregnation or full saturation of workpieces inside the chamber;

6. Exhaust: Open the exhaust port to release air inside the chamber until the internal pressure is equal to external pressure;

7. Pressurized liquid discharge: Push all liquid out of the chamber by applying positive pressure, and the liquid‑discharge port of the impregnation machine is closed at this stage;

8. Exhaust again to balance the pressure inside and outside the chamber;

9. Spin‑drying: The spin‑drum inside the chamber rotates to remove excess liquid from impregnated objects by centrifugal force;

10. Drain liquid and take out the workpieces.

Precautions for using the impregnation machine: 1. Procedures 3, 4, 5 and 6 can be repeated until workpieces inside the chamber are evenly impregnated; 2. Positive and negative pressure inside the chamber shall be set according to customer requirements; 3. The maximum positive pressure inside the chamber can reach 0.6MPa (6.12KG/CM²), and the maximum negative pressure can reach 1.02‑10MPa; 4. Impregnation efficiency and product quality are greatly improved.
