During device design, constraints such as transportation height and width limits of equipment (including packaging) are taken into consideration to meet highway transportation requirements. Lifting lugs arranged around the equipment enable its movement inside the workshop. After positioning, the equipment can be put into operation merely by connecting power supply and matching interfaces without civil construction work. It avoids on‑site construction and immobility under special conditions for vacuum varnish impregnation devices.

Excellent Operability

The operating points of the equipment are arranged based on ergonomics, comprehensively considering operational convenience for both male and female operators.

There are three main operating points in the device as shown in Figure 3. Point A is for opening and closing the impregnation tank. Point B is for switching the exhaust valves and pressure relief valves of the impregnation tank and paint storage tank. Point C refers to button operations on the electrical control panel. The height of the first two operating points above the platform ranges from 1050 mm to 1200 mm. The height of the third operating point above the ground is between 1050 mm and 1300 mm. All three main operating points are set at optimal heights for standing‑position human operation.
