The main functions and working principle of the vacuum leaching machine

The main functions and working principle of the vacuum impregnation machine manufactured by our company are as follows:

(1) Place the objects to be impregnated into the chamber, close the chamber lid and lock it with the lid‑locking device.

(2) Apply vacuum negative pressure and hold pressure for a period of time. The liquid from the liquid storage barrel is pressed into the chamber under atmospheric pressure. Close the liquid‑inlet pipeline when the liquid reaches a certain height.

(3) Further vacuum pumping: Maintain pressure holding after reaching a certain negative pressure.

(4) Pressure balancing (air intake): Open the suction/exhaust port. Air flows naturally into the chamber under atmospheric pressure until the internal pressure equals the external pressure.

(5) Apply positive pressure when required. If positive pressure is unnecessary, liquid can penetrate into raw materials by vacuum pumping. (This step mainly drives liquid into workpieces to achieve uniform or full impregnation.)

(6) Exhaust (venting): Open the suction‑exhaust port to release air inside the chamber until internal pressure is equal to external pressure.

(7) Pressurized liquid discharge: Discharge all liquid inside the chamber by applying positive pressure, then close the liquid‑discharge port while maintaining pressure inside the chamber.

(8) Exhaust again to balance pressure inside and outside the chamber.

(9) Spin‑drying: The spin‑drum inside the chamber rotates. Excess liquid inside impregnated workpieces is removed by centrifugal force.

(10) Drain liquid and take out the workpieces.
