With the increasingly wide application of impregnation equipment, market demand keeps rising. Adopting advanced impregnation process enables thin‑wall design of components, and parts can withstand high pressure up to burst point, reducing rework rate as well as production costs. How to maintain impregnation equipment? Please refer to the points below:

1. Turn on the chiller when ambient temperature exceeds 25℃ and keep it running day and night.

2. Switch off the chiller during daily operation and turn it on after work.

3. The liquid inside the storage tank shall submerge the cooling coil.

4. Replace vacuum pump oil after the first month of operation, and then every two months thereafter.

5. Clean compressed air shall be supplied for the whole set of equipment.

6. Periodically replace water inside the cleaning tank and hot‑water curing tank.

7. Inspect the refrigeration air‑conditioner once every year before usage.

8. Keep one spare sealing ring for the impregnation tank all the time.

9. Lubricate air cylinders on a regular basis.

10. Apply grease to wedges of the impregnation tank periodically.

11. Adjust PH value to about 5 after refilling water into the hot‑water curing tank.

12. Open the valve at the bottom of the separation tank before daily work to drain waste liquid, and close it after 10 minutes.
